Territory Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Rep in the Pacific Northwest Territory, covering WA, OR, ID, AK, and earn up to $150,000. You will build and manage sales territory, engage with Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, and provide after-sales service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in urology or women’s health)
• Proven leadership and teamwork experience (e.g., through athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.)
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible and open to coaching and professional development

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales territory
• Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth
• Actively engage and call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings
• Develop strong relationships and become an integral part of the surgical team
• Conduct product trials to demonstrate value
• Provide after-sales service and ongoing support
• Manage budgets and maintain detailed records within the CRM platform
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends
• Travel as needed within the assigned territory, which may be up to 80%
