Summary

Join our team as a Rep in the Pacific Northwest Territory, covering WA, OR, ID, AK, and earn up to $150,000. You will build and manage sales territory, engage with Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, and provide after-sales service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in urology or women’s health)
Proven leadership and teamwork experience (e.g., through athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.)
Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Flexible and open to coaching and professional development

Responsibilities

Build and manage a sales territory
Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth
Actively engage and call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings
Develop strong relationships and become an integral part of the surgical team
Conduct product trials to demonstrate value
Provide after-sales service and ongoing support
Manage budgets and maintain detailed records within the CRM platform
Stay informed about competitors and market trends
Travel as needed within the assigned territory, which may be up to 80%
