Requirements

• A degree in computer science or a technical field
• Experience as a Test Manager and in the introduction of test automation
• Programming skills
• Knowledge in one or more test automation frameworks (e.g., Arquillian, Robot, Selenium, etc.)
• Abstraction ability
• High empathy and appreciative communication skills
• Language: German (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Design central test strategies and test concepts in close coordination with the development teams in the sense of continuous integration
• Plan and coordinate testing as well as manage test resources in an agile environment
• Introduce automated test methods
• Support and integrate existing teams
