Tester

Summary

Join European Dynamics as a remote Tester (within the EU)! This role involves collaborating with the development and client IT teams on a major project. You will define test plans and cases, construct test scenarios and scripts, and create comprehensive test reports. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in IT, extensive relevant experience (including specific expertise in test planning, scripting, and test management tools), and strong SQL and database skills. Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in defining test plans and test cases
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in writing test scenarios and scripts
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in a Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Katalon)
• At least 2 years of specific expertise in relational databases and SQL
• Hands-on experience in manual testing
• Experience in web-based technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Awareness of software development and service methodologies (Agile)
• Understanding of API testing tools, such as Postman, SoapUI, or Azure API Management, to test Microsoft 365 APIs
• Very good experience in Testing methodologies
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Define test plans and test cases
• Construct test scenarios and scripts
• Create reports / documentation of test results, errors, and issues to be fixed
• Ensure the information systems meet the business requirements, standards and specifications
• Collaborate with the business analysts, users, project managers and the developers
