Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tester, Dataset Maker, Prompter, or in a similar role within the AI or machine learning domain
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tester
• Proficiency in data generation tools and techniques
• Familiarity with AI model testing and validation methodologies
• Strong interest in AI and machine learning, with a focus on prompt tuning and development
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (at least B2)

Responsibilities

• Test modern AI software
• Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets for AI model training and testing
• Develop and implement test cases to validate AI model performance
• Test AI models to ensure they meet the desired performance criteria
• Tune prompts to optimize AI agents output
• Develop prompts for AI applications to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and rectify issues in datasets, test cases, AI models, and prompts

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Russian
