Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch assistance to players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service
  • Use investigative skills and work with a ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues
  • Respond to player inquiries through email and chat, without taking phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
