Summary
Join Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Business leading in Operational Environment (OE) replication and Threat Emulation/Wargaming solutions, as a Threat Emulation Force (TEFOR) Subject Matter Expert (SME). This part-time, on-call position supports Army Futures Command (AFC) in various areas, including Cyber, Maneuver, and more. The SME will provide support to live and virtual wargames, studies, and experiments by emulating threat actions. This role requires a high level of expertise in maneuver operations and experience in threat emulation. A Top Secret clearance with SCI access and US Citizenship are mandatory. Travel is required.
Requirements

- Top Secret Clearance with SCI access
- Ability to travel via commercial ground/air transportation within CONUS
Responsibilities
- Support live and virtual wargames, studies, and experiments by emulating threat actions to assist the Army in developing concepts and future force capability requirements
- Validate threat representation in modeling and simulation activities to ensure they comport with validated current and future threat capabilities and tactics
- Input analysis results into simulation software and/or live planning events
- Brief results to Army Senior Leaders, as required
- Lead other SMEs when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Joint/Interagency/Intergovernmental/Multinational (JIIM) Exercise/Experiment Planning Experience or Joint/Service Test and Evaluation experience
- CGSC or MEL 4 equivalent graduate
- Senior Service College and/or SAMS graduate
- Masterβs degree or higher
