Requirements

  • Have a Tier 2 Customer Support background
  • Be a professional Danish speaker
  • Provide white glove service to customers with thoroughness and extremely high attention to detail
  • Pay very close attention to all details provided by the customer
  • Keep oneself up to date with changes in information each shift, as information updates frequently
  • Be motivated to search for information and have the initiative to do research prior to replying
  • Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Have a quality headset
  • Be willing to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers
  • Solve concerns
  • Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
  • Provide Tier 2 customer support with a heavy focus on technical issues
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client communication in Slack

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience working with clients like the NFL, Vimeo, and Topps
