Summary

Join Epic Games as a Tools / Generalist Programmer Intern to work on various tasks supporting UE / UEFN / Fortnite and collaborate with engineering and FX Artists. As part of the team, you will build Epic's vision of the Metaverse within Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN), resolve bugs and workflow issues, and cover areas including Niagara / Materials / Blueprint / SceneGraph / Verse.

Requirements

  • Strong C++ skills
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and artists
  • Experience with debugging
  • Experience with developing on Windows machines

Responsibilities

  • Work towards building Epic’s vision of the Metaverse within Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN)
  • Work alongside engineering and FX Artists to deliver features and improvements to Niagara
  • Resolves bugs and workflow issues for internal teams and licensees
  • Cover areas including Niagara / Materials / Blueprint / SceneGraph / Verse
