Tourism Advisor

Join our family-owned and operated company as a remote Tourism Advisor! You'll be responsible for handling client booking needs across various channels, providing exceptional customer service, and selling travel packages. No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive training and certifications are provided. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation planning process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Requirements

• Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
• Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend, however, not required) with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the Unites States

• Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
