Traditional Chinese LQA Game Tester

You will be the first to experience localized games, ensuring accuracy and consistency in translation and cultural relevance. Collaborate with a global team to identify and correct language errors, maintain terminology consistency, and report issues. No prior experience is required; fluency in Traditional Chinese and conversational English are essential. Requirements

• No experience required. Just fluency in Traditional Chinese and conversational in English
• Strong cultural understanding of the language you are applying for
• Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
• Robust Internet research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams
• Candidate must be located within Europe

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global project team
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors
• Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines
• Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions
• Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery
• Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters
• Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation
• Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects
