Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Ability to assist with HR reporting and data analysis using BI dashbords or AI tools
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and support services to international managers on matters related to offers, contract changes, onboarding, internal transfers, and termination procedures
• Offer guidance and assistance to employees and managers on general HR issues that fall outside the scope of HR Direct
• Collaborate closely with local HR teams to inform managers and, when necessary, employees about local HR matters, including terms and conditions and relevant collective labor agreements
• Assist in optimizing local PC processes and policies, ensuring that stakeholders and employees are updated as needed
• Partner with HR colleagues, including Centers of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll, to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business
• Work with and supply data analytics, BI dashboards and the implementation and use of AI tools
• Report to and support the Country Partner Manager based in Denmark, as well as HRBPs and Country Partners internationally
