Requirements

• You must have a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field
• You have completed relevant projects and modules as part of your studies, or acquired knowledge through work experience or internships
• Experience working with data
• Experience working with MS Office and data programs like SPSS or R

Responsibilities

• Support the project- and team leaders in the department of social research by taking over tasks in the following areas
• General research and documentation tasks
• Support in creating offers and documents, such as technical reports or result reports
• Proofreading of offers and documents
• Support in conceiving and conducting research projects, including planning and implementing suitable control and monitoring mechanisms
• Support in market development, developing processes and instruments for the sale of products
• Development of questionnaires for surveys
• Testing programmed questionnaires for telephone and/or online surveys
• Creation of training materials according to specifications, if necessary in several languages
• Maintenance of customer data and entry of project planning into the system
• Control of reports, status reports, technical reports, result reports, and graphics
• Checking translations
• Cooperation with other departments and research groups
• If possible: Research/organizational care of smaller studies within the budget guidelines
