Traineeship Technical Consultant

Summary

Join HSO's Young Professional Program and launch your career as a Technical Consultant starting September 1, 2025. This program offers an intensive five-week Masterclass to prepare you for a career at the intersection of IT, development, and business. You will develop custom solutions using Microsoft technologies, AI, and code, working with top clients like Heineken and Rituals. After the Masterclass, you'll join an experienced project team and work on developing custom functionality on Dynamics 365 CE, automating client processes, and building Power Apps. Your growth is central, with a buddy system and support from experienced colleagues and the HSO Academy. You'll progress from Trainee to Junior Technical Consultant and have opportunities to specialize in AI integration, frontend/backend/integrations, or grow into a Technical Architect.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO education (e.g., in business administration, business economics, or ICT)
• Affinity with technology and interest in AI
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ambition
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Availability from September 1, 2025

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions in .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Build extensions on the Dynamics 365 CE platform
• Integrate with external systems via APIs and Azure Services
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform for low-code automation
• Integrate AI applications (such as Copilot and Azure AI Services) into customer solutions
• Develop custom functionality on Dynamics 365 CE
• Automate customer processes with smart components
• Build Power Apps, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Utilize AI and data analysis to enhance the user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialize in AI integration
• Become an expert in frontend, backend, or integrations
• Grow into a Technical Architect
