Training And Learning Manager

Summary

Join Roadsurfer as a Training & Learning Manager and lead training initiatives for new team members. You will conduct onboarding sessions, deliver on-site and online training, and develop training resources. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, 1-2 years of training experience, flexibility for travel, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Requirements

• Possess strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey information clearly and engagingly
• Have at least 1-2 years of training or learning experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Be independent and flexible, ready to travel across cities and countries as needed
• Be a constructive feedback giver and receiver, committed to continuous growth
• Possess empathy and patience to support and guide team members effectively
• Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new team members, making sure they’re “road-ready” and fully prepared to succeed from day one
• Travel to different locations to deliver hands-on, practical training sessions, establishing consistent knowledge and service standards across all stations
• Using our digital training tools, create and lead interactive training sessions, allowing our team to access up-to-date content anytime, anywhere in the world
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to pass along essential information and updates to our team members across stations
• Create and refine training materials, guides, and resources that make learning straightforward and effective for all team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess additional languages
• Have Training & Development Certifications
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
