Summary

WindshieldHUB is expanding its team by hiring a Customer Service Representative to work remotely. The role involves collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and designing and implementing comprehensive training programs. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of Training experience in a Customer Service setting is a MUST
• Willing to work onsite within Metro Manila

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs
• Design and implement training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure successful execution of both local and international training needs including resource planning, and measuring program training effectiveness
• Monitor and ensure completion of daily training administrative work such as tracking of employee data, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner
• Progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations
