You will deliver training, facilitate meetings, build community partnerships, and develop marketing strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and/or lived experience in human trafficking
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering T/TA and designing training programs
  • Expertise in capacity building and fostering community partnerships
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Experience with marketing, outreach strategies, and multidisciplinary T/TA development
  • Ability to legally work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate T/TA programs for frontline professionals in social services, healthcare, behavioral health, and public health
  • Deliver training and capacity-building services to address the needs of vulnerable populations, including survivors of human trafficking
  • Facilitate high-level meetings, trainings, and focus groups with diverse stakeholders
  • Respond to T/TA requests promptly, providing public-facing customer support
  • Develop multidisciplinary approaches integrating social services and public health perspectives
  • Provide logistical and content support for virtual and in-person events
  • Build community partnerships to promote sustainable anti-trafficking efforts
  • Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies for T/TA services
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analyze challenges, identify solutions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
