Transcreators and Copywriters

Summary

Join Wordbank, a marketing localization agency, and become part of our expanding network of transcreators and concept adaptors. We are proactively seeking talented individuals to meet increasing client demands in entertainment, streaming, sports goods, and fashion. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in transcreation, proven experience in copywriting, and the ability to participate in client calls. You will demonstrate enthusiasm for creative language projects and a clear understanding of transcreation. Successful candidates will provide work samples and references. Wordbank offers payment via Wise or bank transfer.

Requirements

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, beyond standard translation
• Possess a clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation
• Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in transcreation (ideally 5+)
• Showcase proven experience – not just providing transcreation as a "bolt-on" service
• Provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects
• Possess experience in copywriting
• Be willing and able to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English
• Submit a portfolio or samples (if available)
• Provide two references

Responsibilities

• Provide transcreation services for clients in the entertainment, streaming, sports goods, and fashion industries
• Adapt concepts and materials for various target markets
• Participate in client calls, both in the target language and ideally in English
