Summary

Join Middlebury College and support Professor Paul Hess's research by designing and running computer simulations of novel trap geometries. This part-time position is temporary, running from mid-April through early August 2025. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physics, familiarity with trapped ion physics, and specialized programming skills, particularly Mathematica. Requirements
