Requirements

• Proven experience (+4 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations
• Strong proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processes
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
• Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude
• Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Handle disputes related to credit card charges, working with vendors and financial institutions for resolution
• Prepare cash flow projections to support operational planning and decision-making
• Manage cash position and daily checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets
• Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Collaborate with the Treasury Lead on various treasury tasks and projects
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in other treasury-related duties as required
