Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • The ability to present findings, analysis, and recommendations to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Manage liquidity forecasting and monitoring including pledging and other funding strategies
  • Analyze large sets of data for input into cash flow modeling, capital planning, stress testing, and other analytics
  • Conduct pre-purchase and ongoing fundamental credit analysis on securities portfolio holdings. Present optimization strategies to Treasurer
  • Evaluate potential opportunities by conducting due diligence, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, risk management, and execution
  • Compile and analyze business metrics and statistics for budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
  • Develop, enhance, and present committee reporting to executive management
  • Assist the Treasurer with hedging and other risk mitigation strategies and support other business lines in risk mitigation strategies
  • Assist with interest rate risk management, including data preparation, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis
  • Participate in capital planning, stress testing, and monitoring
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for other business lines as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
