Summary
Join OKX's global treasury team in London as a Treasury Manager and play a high-impact role in a dynamic fintech environment. You will act as Treasurer for entities in the UK, US, and Europe, managing treasury operations, including liquidity planning, bank account oversight, FX risk management, and short-term investments. Collaborate with Finance Operations on internal financing activities and contribute to the growth of OKX's Global Treasury Centre. Lead projects, drive process standardization, and represent the treasury team in external relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 3-4 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, and proven leadership skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a leading university; MBA preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or banking
- Proven leadership track record, ideally in competitive environments (sports, high-performance teams, or project leadership)
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- A self-starter mindset — proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
- Confidence in managing external relationships and representing the company in the market
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
Responsibilities
- Act as the Treasurer for assigned entities in the UK, US, and select European jurisdictions
- Take full ownership of treasury management: liquidity planning, bank account oversight, FX risk management, and short-term investment strategies
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations with accuracy, speed, and a problem-solving mindset
- Partner with Finance Operations to execute internal financing activities — including capital injections, dividend distributions, and intercompany loans
- Play a key role in growing OKX’s new Global Treasury Centre in London
- Lead and participate in group-wide and cross functional projects , driving process standardization and alignment with global best practices
- Represent the treasury team in market-facing relationships with banks, partners, and service providers
Preferred Qualifications
In-house banking experience is a plus; digital asset/crypto experience is an advantage but not required
