Summary

Sky Mavis is seeking a highly motivated Treasury, Tax, IP & Transfer Pricing Specialist to lead the operational aspects of a corporate restructuring project and establish a robust treasury function. The specialist will optimize tax structures, analyze intellectual property assets, and design efficient intercompany arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant professional designation a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate tax, treasury, or similar role with exposure to complex structuring projects
• Proven ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions
• Worked within the Blockchain space and experience of tax implications of native tokens
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and best practices
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property considerations for tax purposes

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Group corporate restructuring project
• Establish and implement a best-in-class treasury function
• Partner with the CFO to optimize the Group’s tax structure
• Analyze intellectual property assets and develop strategies to maximize their value
• Design and implement efficient intercompany arrangements, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations
