Trucker Tools Product Adoption Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, operations, product adoption, implementation project management, or similar roles
• Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company
• Experience designing, documenting, and owning scalable business processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, account management, and operations leaders
• Experience navigating complex customer relationships and external partnerships to drive product success
• Experience with Salesforce, Metabase, or other similar data reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after technical implementation to drive immediate and rapid product adoption
• Define and refine key adoption success metrics and playbooks across all products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product management, operations, and customer support, to enhance the customer experience and drive customer success
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trucker Tools' products and solutions, and translate to action plans that help our customers achieve their business objectives
