Summary
Join Truehold, a rapidly growing startup transforming home equity access, and become a key part of the customer experience team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring each interaction is honest, human, and helpful. This role involves a high volume of outbound calls, lead management in Salesforce, and exceeding daily/monthly goals. You'll collaborate with various teams and contribute to a mission-driven company empowering homeowners. Requirements
- Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday plus one weekend a month. Shift times vary 7:00am-4:00pm / 10:00am-7:00pm / 12:00-9:00pm Eastern Time depending on the current needs of the business
- Some holidays are also required
- Ability to adapt through changing needs
- Experience in customer-facing, relationship-building sales
- Proficiency with CRM and other technology tools
Responsibilities
- Make 100-150 dials (phone calls) per day
- Discover each individual seller’s motivation and educate them on how Truehold can meet their needs
- Manage and score a large lead volume in Salesforce CRM
- Meet or exceed expected benchmarks, including daily and monthly goals and metrics
- Partner with teams across the business, including Marketing and Real Estate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate
