Join Unitek Learning as a Tuition Biller and be responsible for the billing of tuition, collaborating with ERS and Registrars, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited university or college with 2 + years of business office or accounting experience required
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferred
• Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems
• Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities
• Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology
• Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process
• Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions
• Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses
• Assist with ledger reconciliation and/or student payment reconciliations upon request
