Requirements

• Enrolled in a post-secondary degree-granting program
• Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts (preferred but optional)
• Availability to schedule work during Core Work Hours, with some weekend hours required: PEAK Tax Season - 7 days/week: 5:00 am - 9:00 pm PST

Responsibilities

• Represent Intuit professionally during customer interactions
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Delight customers with enthusiasm and a desire to learn
• Complete content in the Intuit Academy, including basic tax preparation and sample tax returns
• Work on sample tax returns before taking a mandatory assessment
• Be paired with team leaders and managers with tax preparation experience
