Summary

Trust Machines is a company focused on growing the Bitcoin economy with a recent $150M fundraising. They are hiring a UI Engineer for their wallet team to build beautiful cryptocurrency wallets and contribute to their design system and UI library. The role requires 5+ years of consumer software experience, remote work preference, specific technical skills, and a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building consumer software
• Preference for remote, open source work
• Located within GMT −5 and +3
• Experience with Typescript and modern web frontend frameworks
• Strong understanding of Web APIs, state management, accessibility, and performance
• Recognises importance of thorough integration testing
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles
• Interaction design and animation experience
• Strong skills in designing scalable and maintainable software architecture
• Excitement to work in the crypto industry

Responsibilities

• Build high-impact, delightful user experiences for our Web Extension and mobile app
• Contribute to our growing design system & UI library
• Collaborate with the design team to find elegant solutions to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native or Web Extensions
• Knowledgable about Bitcoin or other blockchains
