UI/Interaction Designer (Medior/Senior)

Summary

Join Ventrata, a leading SaaS platform for attractions, tours, and activities, as a Medior/Senior UI/Interaction Designer. Based in Europe (preferably Czech Republic, commutable to Brno), you will collaborate with the design lead and development team. Responsibilities include designing and refining product flows, enhancing the design system, and creating UI animations and prototypes. The ideal candidate possesses strong UI design principles understanding, Figma expertise, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Have a deep understanding of UI design principles, including visual weight, accessibility rules, and user-centric design
• Be an expert in Figma, particularly with components, auto-layouts, prototypes, and animations
• Be a pixel-perfectionist, ensuring every design detail is flawless
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and refine product flows and dev delivery
• Collaborate on the design system to maintain consistency and scalability
• Create captivating UI animations, interactions, and prototypes to bring designs to life

Preferred Qualifications

• You’re sensei level in Figma, but you'll also have the flexibility to explore other tools as needed to achieve the best results
• Have knowledge of development background and processes—being able to communicate effectively with developers is a big plus
