Requirements

• Proven strong experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in web and mobile design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design decisions
• Strong English language skills
• Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and platforms
• A strong knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Typescript) is a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members
• A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into compelling designs
• Design user interfaces that are functional, visually attractive, and aligned with their brand identity
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs, maintaining design consistency across platforms
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and insights to the table
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, team members, and analytics data to continually improve the user experience
