UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Deep understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential, as you’ll be working closely with a global team
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and product managers

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile
• Optimize user journeys and interactions to improve engagement, particularly with AI-powered features
• Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and meet accessibility (A11y) standards
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development process
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing
• Contribute to design guidelines and component libraries to maintain consistency
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to refine UX

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Experience working with frontend frameworks such as React
• Knowledge of AI-driven UI design (chatbots, voice interfaces, conversational UI)
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems for scalability
