Summary

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A portfolio showcasing your product design work and thought process
  • Proven ability to simplify complex, system-oriented problems through intuitive design
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, developers, designers)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to key stakeholders and the internal team
  • Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps
  • Take ownership of design projects, leading the development of user-centered solutions
  • Prepare high-fidelity visual designs, mockups and prototypes that follow brand guidelines and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on design objectives and ensure successful project execution
  • Work independently on small to medium complexity tasks, managing your time and priorities effectively
  • Lead user research efforts such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of design systems, promoting consistency and scalability across all products
  • Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continually improve design quality and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or other complex tools
  • Familiarity with interactive maps (e.g. Google Maps) and geolocation-based interfaces
  • Familiarity with web accessibility best practices
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit—someone who enjoys sharing ideas and improving team processes
