Summary

Join our team as a UI/UX Designer to create easy-to-use products for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, you will gather user requirements, design graphic elements, and build navigation components. You should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. A portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications is a plus.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, Interaction, Graphic or Interface Design
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role
  • Experience with multi-device design and responsive design
  • Well-versed in visual design fundamentals, typography, color theory, brand communication and UI principles
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
  • Experience with UX design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
