Summary
Join Veracity by RGPβ’, a next-generation consulting firm, as a UX Designer! You will design user-centered experiences, lead the creation of design assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop design systems. Requirements
- Have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Human Factors Engineering or related field
- Have 5+ years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- Be proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc
- Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Have a portfolio to share
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences that align with vertical strategies, enhancing audience engagement and achieving measurable outcomes
- Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect defined personas and strategic goals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content strategists, technical leads, and stakeholders, to co-create and refine design solutions during workshops and working sessions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries that align with brand strategy and vision
- Create and optimize UI elements, layouts, and interactions for web experiences tailored to audience needs
- Conduct iterative testing and incorporating customer feedback, analytics, and usability findings to continuously improve designs
- Support the facilitation of collaborative workshops to define goals, align stakeholders, and generate actionable design takeaways
- Produce designs and content structures compatible with personalization technologies to enable effective scalability
- Assess existing design assets and digital performance to identify gaps, recommend updates, and drive optimization
- Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications to guide development and ensure seamless implementation
