Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• In-depth understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
• Proven expertise in omni-channel merchandising and digital analytics
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing international teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of user-centric digital experiences
• Drive omni-channel merchandising initiatives
• Oversee UI/UX development teams
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create high-fidelity designs
• Formulate data-driven merchandising strategies
• Ensure consistent design standards
• Communicate effectively among teams in India and Argentina
• Support the company’s Build, Operate, Transfer, License (BOTL) model

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mentoring and developing UI/UX designers
