Summary

Talentus is seeking a UI/UX Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing user interfaces, conducting user research, and working with product managers and developers. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with DevOps experience or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Experience with front-end development frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility principles
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• English C1 or above is required

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Develop and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and storyboards
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and enhance the user experience
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the overall user experience vision
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
• Maintain and update existing UI designs and components
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes
• Monitor and maintain the health of development and production environments
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
• Automate and optimize deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments
