Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise (portfolio submission is required)
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping
• Proven experience creating responsive, user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and modern design trends
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, resourceful attitude
• Must be based in Mexico or a LATAM country

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces and website layouts using Figma
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective designs
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across digital assets
• Work autonomously to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results
• Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability
