Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine cargo or logistics underwriting or broking
• Proven track record of successful portfolio management and achieving growth targets

• Lead on Underwriting and Client Service
• Lead on Business Development and Innovation
• Lead on Portfolio Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language skills, including Spanish
• Previous experience working with an insurtech
