Underwriter/Senior Title Officer

Summary

Join a well-established Title Insurance firm as an experienced Underwriter/Sr. Title Officer. Handle residential and complex commercial title work. Responsibilities include clearing and reading titles, working policies, providing excellent client service, and building relationships with clients and other professionals. Requirements

• 5 Years or more related experience (recent) as a Title Officer, Underwriter or Underwriting Counsel
• Strong working knowledge of Title Insurance operations and related laws and regulations
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and complex commercial title work
• Clear title

• Work policies
• Provide excellent client service
• Develop relationships with clients, lenders, surveyors etc…
