Requirements

• 1+ years of experience Customer service/support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Written language proficiency (and ability to speak fluently) in Spanish, Italian and English, required
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong interest in technology and cyber risk and its evolving landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
