Join Experian and help shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing as an Unemployment (UI) Claims Analyst. Partner with clients to manage the unemployment claims process and guide communication between employers and state agencies. Coordinate with clients to gather information for responding to unemployment claims, prepare comprehensive responses, and field requests from state agencies. Develop partnerships with clients, analyze unfavorable determinations, advise clients on appeal likelihood, and file appeals with state agencies. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, creative, curious, determined, and disciplined. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in unemployment claims management industry
- Experience prioritizing multiple work items
- Must remain flexible
- Must be a self starter and able to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to gather all relevant information necessary to respond to an unemployment claim
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive response to the unemployment claim that provides the best chance of a successful outcome
- Field, assess, and respond to requests for additional information from state agencies
- Develop partnerships with client contacts and use those relationships to coach on what additional steps or processes they might use to have more successful outcomes in the future
- Analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients on likelihood of success on appeal
- File appeals to determinations with state agencies to request hearings be scheduled
