Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably working with community colleges, technical schools, or career services in higher education
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills
  • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline while being a strong team player
  • Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Center administrators and other key stakeholders at community colleges and technical schools, demonstrating how 12twenty can be a valuable resource for their students and staff
  • Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of community colleges and technical school administrators
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue
  • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet the specific needs of community colleges and technical schools
  • Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and influence product features that align with the needs of these institutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Previous experience working directly with community colleges or technical schools
