US Test Engineering Site Lead

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant majors
• 8+ years of experience in delivering high quality products, facilitating automation tests and monitoring
• Experience managing people, whether as direct reports or through offshore teams or projects
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and passionate about helping team members grow

Responsibilities

• Own the entire system testing process, including analysis, design, test plan, monitor, user feedback and conducting defect tracking
• Build a strong team to reach the business goal, and daily people management
• Collaborate and manage an offshore team
