User Experience Software Engineer

Summary

You will build and deliver exceptional user experiences, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. You will also test, debug, and monitor user feedback to continuously improve the user experience. This role requires 3+ years of software development experience and a strong understanding of modern web technologies. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies
• Experience with front-end development technologies and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with designers and product managers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather and understand user requirements
• Work closely with UX designers, product managers and backend developers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and integrate with backend APIs
• Develop user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and easy to use
• Implement front-end code using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Test and debug software to ensure it meets functional and usability requirements
• Monitor user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Experience with GraphQL and/or creating REST APIs
• Proficiency with version control systems and workflow, particularly Git
