UX Designer

Summary

Join Ki Technologies, a leading software development company in Chile, as a UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience in web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing digital products and user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Reside in Santiago, Chile or its surroundings and be willing to go to the office at least once a week
• Understand the principles of Usability and User-Centered Design (UCD)
• Know user patterns for web and mobile devices
• Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and team members
• Be able to interpret data analysis to make decisions
• Detect user behavior patterns
• Organize and prioritize information
• Use quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Know and have worked with agile frameworks
• Define objectives to have a clear action plan
• Anticipate errors and be tolerant when they occur

Responsibilities

• Investigate the business, market, and users to define a user experience strategy
• Design the user experience of the product to be intuitive and fluid, considering the needs of the final user and the business
• Participate in creating user stories from the perspective of the experience, providing necessary acceptance criteria
• Explore solutions to resolve a specific client problem through prototypes, sketches, or wireframes
• Define the information architecture of the product so that it coexists with the product ecosystem
• Propose ways to measure new features or their modifications (use, conversion, interaction)
• Perform web diagnoses based on the use of tools such as benchmarking, heuristic analysis, etc
• Use tools to validate hypotheses or identify problems in digital product experiences
• Provide visibility to POs on experience breaks and opportunities for improvement in their backlogs

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working in Banking (preferably in the Companies area)
• Have designed high-complexity products
• Know how to use Figma and Sketch (ideally both)
