Summary

Join ActiveProspect as a UX Designer II and contribute to our product-led growth strategy. You will focus on optimizing user journeys, improving onboarding, refining messaging, and shaping product growth within our new Growth portfolio. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality work. Lead design projects from research to execution, ensuring seamless user experiences. Your work will directly impact customer engagement, retention, and business success. Leverage data and user research to iterate on designs and validate solutions. Contribute to UX department initiatives and help advance maturity within the company.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX design at a B2B Product-Led Growth SaaS company
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights and translate them into actionable design improvements
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate design rationale effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead your own design projects within the Growth Portfolio, from research and ideation to execution and iteration
  • Design and optimize user experiences that drive activation, retention, and conversion
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and self-service workflows
  • Leverage data and user research to iterate on designs and validate solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with ActiveProspectโ€™s brand and UX standards
  • Collaborate with Growth Product Manager and Engineers to implement and test new features that improve user engagement
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and propose design solutions that enhance usability and reduce churn
  • Leverage prior experience from other organizations to contribute to UX department by supporting initiatives, enhancing processes, conducting research, contributing to team growth, and helping advance maturity within the company
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business needs and technical feasibility

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, or experimentation frameworks is a plus
