Requirements

• 3+ years of shown experience in UX design, with a focus on web-based applications, ideally within large-scale websites
• Degree in design, UX and or equivalent preferred
• Strong proficiency in Figma required
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in web standards, responsive design, and accessibility requirements
• Experience crafting and documenting design styles, patterns, and components
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to artistry across various digital platforms
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Experience with web content management systems and content migration processes
• Proven ability to build intuitive information architecture and navigation
• Experienced in complex user journeys
• Portfolio showcasing UX problem solving work flows, wireframes and ability to prototype

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the user, ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with user needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
• Build rapid prototypes and design artifacts to enable the development team
• Develop and maintain a strong information architecture for complex applications
• Facilitate brainstorm sessions through presentation of designs that effectively communicate the conceptual vision and cultivate ideas to innovate and tackle users’ problems
• Analyze success metrics and testing to guide design decisions and incorporate into future iterations
