UX/UI Designer

Summary

This role involves conducting UX audits, maintaining and enhancing the design system, designing dashboards and complex UIs, collaborating with product and development teams, and preparing design assets for implementation. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or/and B2B domains
• Experience working in startups or dynamic environments with a proven ability to adapt
• Strong proficiency in Figma with a focus on components and design systems
• Proven experience in designing dashboards, tables, and complex admin systems
• Knowledge of research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting user research
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher)

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits to identify areas for improvement and implement user-centered solutions
• Maintain and enhance our design system, creating new components and ensuring consistency across products
• Design and redesign dashboards, tables, and complex user interfaces to deliver clarity and value to users
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design with product goals and user needs
• Prepare and hand off design assets for development, ensuring proper implementation

Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
