Summary

The job is for a UX Designer at Grupo QuintoAndar, a leading real estate ecosystem in Latin America. The role involves understanding and solving user needs and problems for their online classifieds business, designing usable and accessible products, interacting with different teams, ensuring product quality, and creating a user experience that people enjoy and recommend.

Requirements

• Study or graduate from the Design Graphic or related career, with a portfolio showcasing your experience
• At least 1 or 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Workspace, Jira, Confluence (desirable)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and Design Thinking processes
• Knowledge of user research techniques (interviews, usability tests, etc)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Development, Product, and UX teams
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and designs focusing on usability and accessibility of the online classifieds product
• Monitor the implementation of solutions, identifying functional and visual improvements
• Collect metrics, interpret results, conduct usability tests, surveys, and user interviews to understand user problems and needs
