Summary

Join RDA, a digital transformation consultancy, as a Mid-Level UX & Visual Designer to create seamless user experiences for web applications and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with strategists, developers, and marketers to translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals. Requirements

  • 3–5 years in UX and visual design, ideally in consultancy or agency settings
  • Experience designing for complex systems and responsive applications
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Webflow, or Framer
  • Understanding of design handoff and development basics
  • User-centered design approach with systems thinking
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and research into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Create high-fidelity, developer-ready assets and documentation
  • Build and maintain design systems (primarily in Figma or similar tools)
  • Deliver responsive, scalable designs for web applications (portfolio required)
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff
  • Present and explain design rationale clearly to teams and clients
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance output
  • Create visuals for campaigns, sales decks, executive presentations
  • Align visual assets with brand strategy and messaging goals
  • Support design of infographics, imagery, and interactive sales content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or agency experience, including working with developers
  • Experience with CMS, commerce, or custom applications
