VBDC Agent

Summary

Join Cars Commerce Canada as a VBDC sales agent and be the first contact for web customers interested in new or used vehicles. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines
• Bilingualism (English and French)
• Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment
• 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity
• Flexible availability (possibility to work evenings and weekends)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive industry expertise preferred
